So I bought a org domain a couple of years ago so I could host my own emails and run some personal stuff. One thing has been bothering me though: there was no public facing content page. I decided a blog could be the answer to this and since I like to mess with Linux serverside software the most that should be the topic of the blog.

At daytime I’m a Drupal backend developer so Drupal probably should be the logical choice for this little website. But then again Drupal is great for more complex websites but less for something like a simple blog. So I gave WordPress a spin, for a blog that should be just fine.
